(hence “Home Team Vacation Rentals,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”) offers a website where users (hereinafter “You,” “the Guests,” or “Members”) can look for and reserve accommodations (defined below) and other services detailed below (collectively, the “Services”). Please carefully read the following terms and conditions and Home Team Vacation Rentals’ privacy statement.

Collectively, the following terms and conditions, privacy statement, guest and booking terms, and policy on concierge services  (the “Site”). Cancellation Policy

We honor reservation cancellations submitted via written notice a full 30 days prior to the check-in date to receive the full payment refund. If cancellations are requested after this window, please understand that we will not be able to honor the refund request, as other services are booked around our guest calendar and are non-refundable (cleaning fee, on-site service fees, etc.).

Services Offered

The mission of Home Team Vacation Rentals is to provide great and distinctive stays for Our Guests while advancing the short-term rental sector. We rent out and maintain lovely homes in highly sought-after locations, and we opulently brand each home with Home Team Vacation Rentals’ furnishings. Our goal is to establish Our magnificent houses as the new benchmark for alternative housing by offering genuine and amazing experiences. Whether you reserve an Accommodation through Our Site or with a third-party vendor (such as Airbnb, VRBO) it will be managed and run by Home Team Vacation Rentals. 

User specifications. ID confirmation. Background investigation.

You must be 18 years of age or older to use Our Site or reserve a Property through Our Site. The minimum age to rent a particular property may be raised at Home Team Vacation Rentals’ discretion. You must give correct, current, and comprehensive information for you and your reservation party when making a reservation. You must also give true, current, and comprehensive information when registering for an account with Home Team Vacation Rentals, and you must keep your account information current. There are restrictions on how many accounts you may create and who you can transfer your account to. You agree to abide by all of the terms outlined above by creating an account with Home Team Vacation Rentals.

Non-US Users

We operate and provide the Services from a location in the United States of America. We don’t guarantee that the Services are suitable or readily available for use in other places. Anyone who accesses or utilizes the Services from another country does so voluntarily and is in charge of adhering to local laws. You consent to your information being transferred to and stored in the United States, a country whose laws may not be as strict as those of your home country, by supplying information in connection with the Services.

Force Majeure

Home Team Vacation Rentals is not responsible for, and will not provide refunds for, circumstances beyond Our reasonable control, including but not limited to: (a) Environmental and other noise; (b) Guests’ personal emergencies; (c) Flight Delays or other Travel-Related Issues; (d) Inclement Weather; (e) Internet or Cable Connectivity Issues; (f) Any Government-Declared Evacuations or Controls; or (g) Any Delay or Failure Caused by Acts of God or Other Causes Beyond Home Team Vacation Rentals’ Reasonable Control, including Fire, Flood, Earthquake, Accident, Storm, Explosion.

Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Home Team Vacation Rentals LLC or our affiliations (including but not limited to our officers, directors, employees) be liable to guests for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, or Home Team Vacation Rentals’ liability to visitors for breach of contract is never permitted. 

Litigation & Mediation 

The ideals and company culture at Home Team Vacation Rentals are deeply ingrained with a focus to client satisfaction. Our homes and the services we offer must in every way live up to client expectations. As a result, if a problem should occur, please email Home Team Vacation Rentals Customer Support at hello@hometeamvr.com, and we will do our best to address any issues you may have with the Site, your interactions with our customer support representatives, your stays, or any Services offered by Home Team Vacation Rentals. In the event that we are unable to address your issues or claims, you may file a claim in accordance with this Section.

Prior to resorting to arbitration or legal action, you undertake to first attempt to resolve any disagreement or claim arising out of these Terms or any ensuing transaction through mediation with a skilled mediator, with a strong preference being given to former state or federal judges. The parties concerned shall split evenly any mediation fees that may be incurred. The parties may choose to proceed with litigation or, if both parties agree, arbitration if the dispute or claim cannot be settled within sixty (60) days of the start of mediation. Any and all claims resolution actions shall not be undertaken in a class, consolidated, or representative action, but only on an individual basis. You consent to giving up your right to take part in or represent yourself in any class or representative action over any claim.
